Homiestays reserves the right to modify prices as required based on these factors. Bookings are confirmed at the prevailing price at the time of the reservation.

2. Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility: The user must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation with Homiestays.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the payment is successfully processed and the user receives a booking confirmation via email or SMS.

• Payment Method: Payments must be made via credit/debit cards, online banking, or other payment methods available on the platform.

• Check-in/Check-out:

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests may be considered but are subject to availability.

• Guest Capacity: Each villa has a specified maximum capacity. Exceeding the number of guests allowed could result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

• Damages: The guest is responsible for any damages or losses to the property during the stay. Any damage found post-checkout may result in additional charges for repairs.

• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay. Any form of nuisance, illegal activity, or violation of property rules can result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Pets: Pet policy varies by villa. Guests should check whether pets are allowed and any associated charges.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Standard Cancellation:

  • Bookings can be canceled up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund, minus the token amount.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

• Force Majeure Events:

  • In case of natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, etc.) or medical emergencies, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the rent paid, provided valid proof (such as a medical certificate or government declaration) is submitted.

  • The token amount (which is typically 10-20% of the total booking amount) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Any fees paid for additional services or bookings (e.g., meals, excursions, etc.) are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy:

• Token Amount: The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Rent Refund: If a booking is canceled as per the Cancellation Policy, 50% of the rent will be refunded to the guest in cases of natural calamities or medical emergencies (with proof). This does not include any non-refundable service fees or deposits.

• Company Discretion: Refund decisions for issues not covered under the above circumstances will be determined at the discretion of Homiestays management. Each case will be evaluated individually.

• Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of the refund request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
